Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, processed does not mean ready, the lead-time would vary depending on the product and quantity.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- We don’t offer same day delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping in Ireland is 2-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time for standard shipping outside of Ireland would vary between 3-15 business days, it depends on the location.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Flags Ireland ships to addresses within Ireland and internationally. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your online order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Tracking number for email orders are not provided, unless required.
International Shipping Policy

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for international shipping varies by destination but is typically 5-15 business days.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Flags Ireland is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Flags Ireland is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
