Irish Ensign Flag – Made in Ireland

The Irish Ensign Flag is available in two material options. Our standard Digitally Printed Knit Polyester and our Heavy Woven Dyed Polyester version, which is stitched together from individual colour panels. Both flags are made in our Dublin City Centre workshop using premium materials and professional finishing for long-lasting quality.

This ensign is available in two material types:

• Heavy Woven Dyed Polyester (155 gsm) – hand-cut, stitched, and finished with an embroidered anchor emblem for a traditional look and feel.
• Digitally Printed Knit Polyester (115 gsm) – printed in full colour for vivid, durable results.

Heavy Woven Dyed Polyester – Government Standard

Our Heavy Woven Dyed Polyester Ensigns are made from 155 gsm woven polyester and meet the same quality standard used by Government Departments and schools across Ireland.
Each colour section is cut by hand and stitched together for a strong, traditional finish.

Digitally Printed Knit Polyester – Printed and Durable

Our Digitally Printed Knit Polyester Ensigns are made from 115 gsm polyester and printed in full colour using fade-resistant inks. They’re lightweight, easy to fly, and hold their colour well outdoors.

• 115 gsm knitted polyester
• Full-colour digital print with up to 95 % show-through
• UV-resistant and flame-retardant
• Washable at 30 °C
• Double-stitched edges
• Eight standard sizes available (custom sizes on request)
• Made in Ireland
